Applying Acceptance and Commitment Training to Work-Related Coaching

Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) is an approach to behavioural change that draws on some solid science. It has been shown to be effective in a wide range of important ways, including: improving performance, improving leadership behaviours, increasing innovation and decreasing burn out.

I run courses for coaches, teaching them how to apply this approach to their work. You can get the ebook that goes with the course for free by signing up to my newsletter for coaches. I will send you occasional articles on coaching and let you know when and where I am running coach trainings. (Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time).

If you also want to receive my 5 week e-course ‘How to Rise The Corporate Ladder Without Losing Your Soul’  and get occasional updates about research relating to personal and professional development, then please also sign up to my general newsletter via the link at the very bottom or on the side of this page (depending on what type of device you are reading this on!).
