Changing the direction of your career can be nerve wracking. It is hard to know whether you are making the right decision. It can be easy to put off making the change and stay somewhere that is just okay rather than take the risk of doing something different.
I use an empirically supported, career coaching process developed by Rob Archer to help my clients to successfully navigate the challenges of career change. The process draws on career counselling research, decision making science and behavioural science.
