- The Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader 360 feedback Assessment. This tool helps the individual to not only get a sense of his or her strengths and potential strengths but also identifies possible ‘fatal flaws’ that may be limiting their performance as a leader. This tool has good evidence to support not only reliability and validity but also it’s effectiveness in helping leaders to significantly improve.
- The Leadership Circle Profile. This tool has been specifically designed to help leaders grow in maturity. It focuses on the leadership behaviours that are particularly needed in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment. The tool leads to rich conversations that help a leader to really reflect on how they show up, consider what gets in the way of change; broaden their repertoire of effective behaviours and become more aware of the behaviours that may be causing them problems.
